I like honest questions, such as Perry5. I also understand I
do not always have the answers. Some questions Only
the Maker of Black Holes and Stars can answer.
I love scientests who talk about black holes, never having
visited one myself. I love the universe which is continually
expanding into, well, into Nothing... It is expanding into
"space" which did not exist before. Philosophically I love
that.
We complain, as Believers, about homosexual spirits, but
we don't work in a hospice emptying bed pans of aids
patients.
It's taken my "vegan" daughter to show me a few
things... she wants truth internalized inside her.... and
no one can give that to her but the Holy One of Israel.
I love the black holes our Creator saw fit to put in the
heavens. Ramon Bennett said, G-d plays with Stars,
like we might play with marbles.
What I do understand, however elementary it is, is that,
G-d is WAY beyond me... with an Intellect SO FAR beyond
mine... that I have come to accept the fact, that I don't
"really" understand a whole lot; but I do understand, as
Job came to understand --- whatever HE does, it's right,
and good and proper, even if my less than a genius
of a brain does not understand it....
So I ask Him to teach me....
The other thing I have learned the hard way perry5, is,
it is extremely good to show kindness to other people,
whether they are like me or not. Kindness is it's own
reward. It beats being smart. Whether that helps you
in life... I leave to you; but, the concept is one you can
practice regardless of your "religious" beliefs or lack
thereof.
And while I do not understand sin, other than recognizing that
it slays most of us more often than we slay it --- I do understand
the Kindness of one on a Cross, with the Nails being pounded
in, and who knows what else; and Yeshua looks upon this womyn,
and Messiah looks upon this man, and says something like,
woman, behold your son... and to John, behold your mother...
A VERY Profound Kindness...
Without the shedding of Blood, there is no remission of sin....
The Kindness of His Blood being shed for me...
