Constant communion can make your life a prayer; I've often thought of myself there; Yes, my life is a prayer, For our conversation is in heaven, Paul said, and when you go about your day in such a way, you often forget to pray! Formal prayer, is for when I'm in dispair, or there's something wrong there, I'll even take my hat off for that, lest I dishonor my head someway with what I have to say.
